Shipping
Stock orders are shipped within 2 days of purchase. Custom Orders can take up to 5 working days to ship, depending on the piece. Please contact me for details.
All items are creatively and securely packaged and shipped via An Post or Royal Mail.
Custom and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Refunds
I hope you love your purchase. But if for any reason you don’t, I accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item has not been worn (this applies especially to earrings) and is returned in its original condition and packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. Please ship it back within 14 days. The purchase price will be refunded once the item has been received and inspected.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised/Custom or Wedding Jewellery.
- Sale Items.
Custom Orders
I gladly accept custom orders and work closely with clients to create exactly what they want. Prices vary depending on the specific requirements and materials. Please make contact to discuss.
Your Basket
Items placed in your basket and not purchased within 7 days will be automatically removed.
Sizing Details
Most necklaces and bracelets can be modified if required. Please note the length measurement in the listing and contact me for alterations. The item must be purchased prior to alterations.
